Python Introduction to CSS
CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) is the digital paint, interior design, and styling wardrobe of the web. Without CSS, every website in the world would look like a 1993 research paper with blue underlined links, black Times New Roman text, and zero personality.
"Think of a car. HTML is the engine, chassis, and metal skeleton. CSS is the sleek matte finish paint, aerodynamic curves, tinted windows, and leather seats. JavaScript is the gas pedal and dashboard computer."
Deep Dive: How It Works
Invented by Håkon Wium Lie in 1994, CSS was created to separate content (HTML) from visual presentation (CSS).
CSS works by targeting HTML elements and applying rules: "Find all <h1> headers, make them white, and give them a font size of 32px."
A CSS rule consists of a Selector, followed by a declaration block wrapped in curly braces { property: value; }.
Syntax Blueprint
