Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time without fees or lock-in:

• Self-Serve: You can cancel directly from your profile settings under Manage Subscription.
• Active Access: Following cancellation, your paid plan benefits remain fully active until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle.
• No Automatic Charges: Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future billing cycles.

2. Refund Eligibility & 7-Day Guarantee

• First-Time Subscribers: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of your initial subscription for a full 100% refund.
• Subsequent Renewals: Recurring renewal cycles are non-refundable once commenced. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
• Billing Errors: In the event of duplicate or erroneous transactions, we issue an immediate full refund upon verification.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@zencompiler.com including your registered account email and transaction date.

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Card, UPI, NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Digital Currency & Cosmetics

Virtual shells and marketplace cosmetic items are delivered immediately upon purchase. Once virtual currency has been redeemed for in-app items, that specific redemption is final and non-refundable.
