By creating an account, running code, or subscribing to compute plans on ZenCompiler, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue using the platform.

2. User Code Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full ownership and intellectual property rights over all source code, algorithms, and projects you write or save on ZenCompiler.

ZenCompiler does not claim any ownership over your code, nor do we sell or use your proprietary code to train AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

ZenCompiler provides cloud sandboxes for software development and learning. You agree not to misuse our infrastructure. Prohibited activities include:

• Cryptocurrency mining or unauthorized distributed computing.
• Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, network port scanning, or malicious network probing.
• Attempting container breakouts, privilege escalation, or host filesystem tampering.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or spyware payload software.

Violations will result in immediate termination of account access and sandboxing privileges.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid compute plans (Pro and Max) are billed on a recurring basis as selected at checkout (Monthly or Yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ZenCompiler services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for continuous high uptime and low latency, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service for mission-critical production systems.
